Route 1 Roadside Assistance Program for Heavy Duty Tractors

• Towing Coverage
  We will reimburse for towing services on a covered vehicle. The tow must be from the roadside to a licensed repair facility.
• Roadside Labor Coverage 
  We will reimburse toward roadside labor. Labor services must occur at the location of breakdown.
• Trip interruption Coverage 
  We will reimburse for a maximum of 5 nights for lodging while over the road. Your vehicle must be in a licensed repair facility.
• Truck Rental Coverage 
  We will reimburse towards a rental truck to complete your delivery while your vehicle is in the shop being repaired. Either Trip Interruption or Truck Rental is reimbursed per breakdown.
• Flat Repair & Battery Boost 
  We reimburse for flat tire repairs and/or battery boosts when done as a roadside service.
• Lock Out Services 
  We reimburse for opening a locked door of a covered vehicle while on the road. Cost of parts are not covered.
• Fluid & Parts Delivery 
  We reimburse for fluid & parts delivery to the breakdown location. Includes emergency fuel delivery, and cost of fluid is not covered.

• Towing Coverage
  We will reimburse for towing services on a covered vehicle. The tow must be from the roadside to a licensed repair facility.
• Roadside Assistance Coverage 
  We will reimburse toward roadside labor. Labor services must occur at the location of the breakdown.
• Rental Vehicle Coverage
  We will reimburse for up to 3 days for a rental vehicle from a licensed rental company. Overnight repair is required.
• Flat Repair & Battery Boost
  We will reimburse for flat tire repairs and/or battery boosts when done as a roadside service.
• Lock Out Service / Fluid & Parts Delivery
  We will reimburse up for opening a locked door of a covered vehicle while on the road. Also covers fluids and parts delivery to the breakdown location. Includes emergency fuel delivery. Cost of parts & fluids are not covered.

Premier Trailer Roadside Assistance 

• Towing Coverage
  We will reimburse toward towing services. The tow must be from the roadside to a licensed repair facility.
• Roadside Assistance Coverage 
  We will reimburse toward roadside labor. Labor services must occur at the location of breakdown.
• Axle Group
  We will reimburse toward axle repairs see contract for a list of covered parts.
• Brake Group
  We will reimburse toward brake repairs. See contract for a list of covered parts.
• Suspension Group
  We will reimburse toward suspension repairs. See contract for a list of covered parts.
• Flat Tire Repair, Parts & Fluids Delivery
  We will reimburse toward flat tire repairs and parts & fluid delivery at the roadside location. Cost of parts & fluid are not covered.

  We will reimburse toward roadside labor. Labor services must occur at the location of the breakdown..

  We will reimburse for flat tire repairs on a covered trailer when done as a roadside service.
• Parts & Fluids Delivery
  We will reimburse for parts & fluid delivery to the roadside location. Includes emergency fuel delivery. Cost of Parts & fluid are not covered.

Heavy Medium & Light Duty

• Tire Replacement Coverage
  We will reimburse toward a replacement tire on a covered vehicle which becomes unserviceable due to damage from a road hazard.
• Flat Tire Repair
  We will reimburse for a flat tire repair on a covered vehicle as a roadside service.
• Lock Out Service
  We will reimburse for opening a covered vehicle’s locked door while traveling over the road.
